With more than 30 years of high-conflict family law experience, Keith D. Becker has successfully represented clients in nearly 50 jury trials, over 30 appeals, and hundreds of bench trials and mediations across North Texas. He deeply understands the heavy emotional and financial toll that prolonged courtroom litigation can take on families.

After decades as a litigator, Keith joined North Texas Litigation Solutions to focus on mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He now helps couples and families resolve complex divorce, child custody, property division, and other family law disputes outside of court — allowing the parties themselves, not a judge, to control the outcome for their children, finances, and future.

Keith D. Becker earned his law degree from Western New England University School of Law in 1990 and has practiced in Texas since 1992. A Syracuse University graduate, he moved to Texas in 1990 and has built his career helping North Texas families in Prosper, Frisco, McKinney, Sherman, Denton, and surrounding communities.

He is licensed to practice in Texas state courts and the federal district courts of the Northern District of Texas.
